Session Details
This agreement covers the photography session scheduled between the Client and Leslie DiGiovanni Photography.
The session includes the agreed start time,( Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment) location(s), and final delivered images as outlined in the booking confirmation.
Each session has a listed number of professionally retouched images after client selects said number of images via their portrait gallery.
They may do so by clicking heart on the image they would like retouched. Leslie will be able to see this via a list created in the gallery.
If you share the gallery with friends and family and they select their favorite photo, it is the sole responsibility of the client to get # images to the photographer for proper editing.

Creative Services
The Photographer will provide professional photography services during the scheduled session.
Final image selection and editing style are at the discretion of the Photographer to ensure consistent quality and brand standards.
Image Delivery
Clients will receive a curated gallery of edited digital images.
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on workload and season.
Image Copyright & Usage Rights
All images created by Leslie DiGiovanni Photography are protected under U.S. Copyright Law and remain the sole property of the Photographer.
Clients are granted a personal-use license for delivered images, which includes the right to download, print, and share images with family and friends for non-commercial purposes.
**Images may not be sold, published, submitted to publications, altered, or used for any commercial, business, promotional, or income-generating purpose without prior written permission from the Photographer.
Any commercial usage must be licensed separately in writing.
Unauthorized use of images constitutes copyright infringement under U.S. Copyright Law.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the session date.
The remaining balance is due according to the invoice terms provided at booking. No images will be delivered until full payment has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session with reasonable notice based on availability.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if rescheduling is requested in advance.
Sessions are booked approximately 3 weeks out. The client may specify a particular date in mind Leslie will try to accommodate.
Agreement
By booking a session and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
